Test of current Digital Graffiti release

nullThe objective of the project was a follow-up test of the current version of the Digital Graffiti system at Johannes Kepler University in Linz. This follow-up test was based on the user experience tests from July 2009 with corresponding user experience methods. Now the system's usability was tested by respondents in Graz starting from installation to usage of the service. At the end of the test, focus groups took place in a dynamic setting in order to receive suggestions for optimizing the usability of Digital Graffiti.
The results include a visualization of the usability based on scales already used in the first evaluation round. Main focus was the comparison of features in the current release and the previous version. In summary, the application's enhanced usability and emotional benefit, as a result of the iterative improvement process, has had a positive impact on the perception of the test users compared to the first test.
