In order to achieve a stable foundation for the development of innovative products and services in the areas 'Mobile Social Networks for CRM' and 'User-generated Content for CRM' strategic planning of topics and projects for 2010 and beyond has been done based on a state-of-the-art analysis.
Result of this project is a roadmap for each of the two areas providing core areas for conception and implementation of tools. Departments System design & Business Models, Market research and System Development now work on implementation and achievement of objectives that have been set.
