RLB usability process
Development processes should include sustainable, integrated usability monitoring to ensure the quality of IT developments from the very beginning, thus guaranteeing the success of on-line and mobile services in the long term. The aim of the project was to determine the relevance of the integration of usability evaluations on the basis of selected reference development processes employed by the Raiffeisenlandesbank Steiermark and to make recommendations for adequate integration. One of the central findings of the project is the importance of early usability research in order to ensure that the development process has been customised from the beginning and is thus successful from the point of view of acceptance.
