Living lab and on-line, mobile panel
The basic problem addressed in this project is the inadequate user orientation of mobile services. The use of panels, i.e. of groups of persons prepared to participate in research activities, is becoming increasingly popular in scientific and commercial research. Living labs (LL) constitute a new instrument for the incorporation of users into the technological innovation process at European level. By focusing on mobile technologies and the target group of school pupils and students, new instruments are being developed that enable the researcher to use product innovation ideas and prototypes like a sensor that can be immersed in the real user environment, resulting in valuable feedback.
