Information makes emotion
Detailed plans for communication are elaborated every year in order to tailor communication content of RLB Steiermark to its target groups' needs. These plans enable valuable information and dialogue that fits the target group. evolaris administered a thorough analysis of the customer dialogues in the second half of 2009 to support the planning of mobile communication which takes place via a very personal channel - the mobile phone. All customer replies were examined concerning their content and then evaluated qualitatively.
The thorough analysis explicitly showed which mechanisms of guidance can be implemented in target group communication. Moreover the usage of mobile communication for emotionalization and importance of phrasing personalized messages with individual information for customer feedback came into notice impressively.
Based on the results that were elaborated in this project an even more efficient communication planning for usage of Raiffeisen Mobil will be enabled in the next months.
