The evolaris Mobile Loyalty Platform enables enterprises to service their customers device independent via the mobile channel. The focus is on strengthening customer retention, acquisition of new customers, and generating turnover.
With the evolaris Mobile Loyalty Platform a dialogue-based system for customer communication via the mobile channel is offered. It can be used in combination with the mobile loyalty card or with classical customer loyalty programs. The system supports all mobile communication standards such as SMS, mobile web and mobile applications and can be configured rule-based. It enables event-driven modelling of interaction with customers.
Customer Administration
User administration is a central element in the customer retention process. User registration (opt-in) via mobile channel or internet is recorded by the platform as well is deregistration. Additionally there is a possibility to add a huge amount of new users by batch importing data. If the mobile marketing platform is integrated in CRM- or ERP-systems data exchange proceeds automatically via defined interfaces (web-services).
Communication-Cockpit
The communication-cockpit is the central control unit for user dialogues. Administrators provide users with drafts for costumer communication including preselected target groups. This procedure ensures uniform communication.

The integrated mobile survey tool enables quick customer questioning during or after a services or sales process firsthand on the mobile phone.
Reporting
The reporting module allows consistent documentation of all dialogue processes. Results of an reporting query are summable on different levels. Alternatively there is a depiction in form of graphs that enables easy detection of trends. All reports can be exported as excel or text files and are automatically forwarded to predefined recipients.

Standard interfaces that are on hand allow easy and quick integration in existing CRM, ERP and ePoS-systems.
