evolaris at “Central European Conference on Information and Intelligent Systems”

Wolfgang Lanzer and Martin Schumann presented their research paper "Design of a Mobile, Context-Aware Sales Approach for Campaign-oriented Undertakings" at the Central European Conference on Information and Intelligent Systems (CECIIS) in Varazdin, Croatia. The paper outlined the use of time- and location-sensitive services on mobile devices and their structured implementation in marketing campaigns. The authors presented a concept that can help companies decide how context-aware services may be used within sales and customer loyalty processes.

Elisabeth Platzer, another evolaris representative in Varazdin, also presented a paper at the conference. With "Approaches to address the lack of relevance in technology acceptance research for mobile services", Ms Platzer presented a quality analysis of scientific publications on technology acceptance for mobile services, focusing on the criteria "rigor" and "relevance".
