Measurement of results for Raiffeisen Mobil

In order to visualize implementation of Raiffeisen Mobil and to monitor success regularly a quarterly reporting was drafted and implemented in the first quarter of 2010. This reporting provides Styrian Raiffeisen banks with the possibility of targeted and effective implementation of mobile communication with the customer.
An individual overview of system usage is provided in form of a management report that contains the most important measurements concerning usage and campaign planning for Raiffeisen Mobil. This enables even more precise distribution of information messages and addressing of target groups. Moreover the mobile customer dialogue with added value for the customer gets more transparent and planable.
