After just three months, approx. 111,000 Raiffeisen Bank customers are now receiving information about attractive benefits, exclusive invitations to Raiffeisen events and much more - and they receive it in a manner which is straightforward, swift and convenient. Every month, more than 100,000 text messages are sent out via a platform developed by evolaris. Contacts with customers via their mobile end devices have now reached the 400,000 mark. Due to the high degree of acceptance from both customers and banks, the system is set to be expanded and developed in the future, confirming its role as one of the bank's four multi-channel banking channels in the years to come.
