A1 Telekom and evolaris: Elaboration of the value proposition of multimedia products
Together with A1 telekom evolaris elaborated a comparison and analysis of multimedia products and their value proposition in the course of a project.
The project was administered in several steps by evolaris: In the beginning an extensive analysis of the market concerning offers of potential partners within the value chain was done. A matrix of strengths and weaknesses of each supplier in the areas product/service design, advertising and communication, hardware, pricing, target group and FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence) was elaborated based on the results. In the course of this analysis the "best practice" example in each category was determined and reasoned.
At the same time evolaris conducted selected interviews where opinions of external experts from the branch were collected and evaluated.
The cumulated results were transferred into precise implications for action for design of the value proposition of a multimedia internet service.
